The shower/WC on the ground floor is only accessible from the outside.Greifenburg 8 km from Dellach: Simple chalet. Above Greifenburg, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: grounds 3'000 m2 (fenced). Uneven motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking by the house. Grocers 11 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 11 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km, indoor swimming pool 36 km. Golf course 14 km, tennis 11 km, riding stables 14 km, mountain lift 20 km, ski lift 300 m, ski school 18 km, toboggan-run 50 m, cross-country ski trail 11 km, ice rink 11 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee Greifenburg 2 km, Weissensee 10 km. Please note: car essential. The chalet is situated on the "Wassertheurer Alm" approx. 1400 m above sea level. In summer, there are many hiking possibilities from the chalet. In winter, there is a small ski-lift 300 m from the Alm with a restaurant next to it (in winter only). The surrounding area is also a perfect place to test your model aircraft or to start a fantastic flight down to the valley with your paraglider. In the farmhouse of the homeowner, you can buy farm products such as eggs, bacon, liquors and sausages. Dogs are only allowed on request (EUR 15/ dog/ week).
