Very nice panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The kitchen also has a typical wooden stove. Freezer and washing machine in the pantry. Kitchen and living room have to be heated by the wooden kiln (firewood on-site, approx. EUR 20.00/week).Kasern 5 km from Schmirn: The farm established in 1703 has typical wooden ceilings and is located among beatiful mountain pastures. You are welcome to enjoy some fresh milk from the neighbouring farm. Hiking routes from the house. The restaurant is only open during the summer months, from May to October. The next hotel is 2 km away (in winter). Famous ski region. Old, very nice, rustic working farm. In the district of Kasern 3 km from the centre of Schmirn, in a quiet, sunny position, 12 km from the ski-run. Private: lawn sunning area. Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing, sandpit). In the house: sauna, relaxation room, central heating. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Grocers 3 km, restaurant 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km. Golf course 25 km, skisport facilities 12 km, toboggan-run 2 km, cross-country ski trail 30 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bergeralm 12 km. Please note: car essential.
