Glen Eagles Retreat is located off Pioneer Trail in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in the trees on a hillside. This deluxe single family home has gorgeous forest views with no adjacent neighbors. There is a spacious living room with a flat screen TV, and a small round oak pedestal table for additional dining or gaming. The whole house has Direct TV with the new genie DVR, in addition to WiFi and flat screen televisions in each bedroom. This 1,700 square foot home includes three bedrooms and can sleep 8 people comfortably. The first bedroom is located off the kitchen area, and has an adjacent bathroom. The second bedroom suite, on the entry level, includes a queen bed and en suite bathroom,and a kitchenette with microwave and small refrigerator. The loft suite includes one queen bed with additional sleeping on a full size futon (with a memory foam mattress topper).
Outside the living room, this home has a large deck with a private hot tub and gas BBQ for summer grilling! You and your family will also enjoy the deck chairs for an outside dinner looking at the beautiful forest views. In the garden, there is an additional outdoor lounge area with four Adirondack chairs and side tables. This lovely home, while being nestled in the forest, is only 6 miles from town. You are also walking distance to the Truckee River, with the entrance just past the home at the end of the quiet street. In the summer, enjoy hiking and biking on the trails. In the winter, grab some snowshoes or cross country skis!
