Situated close to the Skislope ridge overlooking Donner Lake, this property backs up to greenbelt open space. The property is level with only 3 steps which is easy on the grandparents in your group. Step inside and enjoy the great room with soaring cathedral ceilings, a massive rock fireplace and sophisticated entertainment center with surround sound. There is plenty of firewood available in the rear of the house for you to use. The kitchen is a chef's dream with granite counters and stainless appliances. Enjoy the large dining room table with seats for 8 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island.

Enjoy the spacious deck outside with a patio furniture - perfect for your morning breakfast. The owner has also authorized you to use the two single seat kayaks in the garage at your own risk. There are life jackets available, but its best to bring your own to ensure a good fit.
Be sure to take advantage of Tahoe Donners wonderful amenities. The two guest passes allow you to bring up to 8 people to the Tahoe Donner Trout Creek Recreation Center featuring a large summer swimming pool and year round heated lap pool - super fun for kids. Take the family down to the east end of Donner Lake to the Tahoe Donner Beach Club for a fun day at the lake. Tahoe Donner also offers fabulous tennis, golf, Nordic skiing and even downhill skiing.
No Pets Allowed, No Smoking Allowed at any time on the property. Guests Groups must be a majority of over 25 years old. No Cancellation upon booking.
