**Exterior construction work is planned to begin on 9/3/2013 and end on 12/15/2013, and will involve the Aloha Suites and the Low Rise units. Work is to include leading edge spalling and associated tile repairs at both areas, railing replacement (Aloha Suites only), railing repairs (not replacement) in other common areas, fascia board replacement (Low Rise only) and painting of the Aloha Suites and low Rise exteriors. Noise and dust are to be expected between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday thru Friday. The condos we manage in the affected areas are #159 & #160.
