The Jade house is located in Tahoe Donner at the north end of Northwoods Blvd just blocks away from the Tahoe Donner Ski hill. This end of Northwoods has less traffic yet still enjoys the advantage of being plowed first by the town of Truckee so you can hit the slopes early and grab that fresh powder. The driveway is dead level for easy access and the home is a classic Tahoe Donner style, designed well for snow.
The main living area is upstairs and offers some great features such as vaulted pine ceilings woodburning stove, large flat screen TV/DVD player and games. Also on this floor are the bedrooms located behind the kitchen. Wifi included but not guaranteed. The kitchen has some nice additional appliances such as a electric griddle, rice cooker, slow cooker and is full stocked with cooking utensils pots/pans.

Other house amenities include - Propane Barbeque and a dart board in the garage.
You also receive guest access to all of the wonderful Tahoe Donner HOA amenities such as - Fitness Center and outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, 18 hole championship golf course, Tahoe Donner Ski Hill, world class cross country skiing and the fabulous Donner Lake beach club where you can rent paddleboards, windsurfers, catamarans and kayaks. Tahoe Donner is the place to be for fun and the Jade House is a reasonably priced way to enjoy all Tahoe Donner has to offer.
