The top deck has an incredible unobstructed view of the forest, and the lower deck for those warmer summer days when you prefer the shade to rest, read, or watch the kids while they play outside. This home is located just one mile behind the historic Wawona Hotel & Restaurant, History Center, Golf Course, Market, and is less than 30 minutes from Badger Pass Ski Resort!  It makes a wonderful home base while you explore and play in Yosemite.

During the summer, you have the opportunity to relax in the Merced River & cascading waterfalls, enjoy a hike to nearby Chilnualna Falls, the Swinging Bridge, and the Meadow Loop Trail. Enjoy fine dining & play golf at the historic Wawona Hotel, go horseback riding, enjoy Ranger walks and talks, or visit the Living History Center.
In the fall, the colors are spectacular as you enjoy the walking path around the golf course of the nearby historic Wawona Hotel. See the nearby famous Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias.
In the winter, the family-friendly Badger Pass Ski Area offers snowshoeing, snowboarding, skiing, cross-country ski tours, and in Yosemite Valley enjoy the outdoor ice skating rink.
In the spring, the rivers and waterfalls throughout the Park, including nearby Chilnualna Falls, are nothing short of awe-inspiring. Come enjoy and relax in the welcoming atmosphere of our unique community.
