Welcome to "The Dancing Bear Lodge", your Lake Tahoe vacation destination! Located just 5 minutes south of Tahoe City, it provides everything you are looking for: beauty, tranquility, nature and fun in the sun. This beautiful cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with an open floor plan. It is full of Lake Tahoe decor, giving you the total mountain ambiance. The upstairs is the main living area, including cozy fireplace, and dining area, plus kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, herbs and spices and plenty of glassware. Down the corridor is one queen bedroom, a second bedroom with bunks and a full bathroom. There is a large deck off the dining room with hot tub, gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. Downstairs is the master suite with queen bed and twin bunk, full bathroom and a second living area with sofa bed.
The cabin is located one mile from the Tahoe Park Beach, a wonderful private beach with two piers, barbecues, and picnic tables, along with volleyball and basketball courts, and horseshoes. Also the beach is right next door to Sunnyside Resort, a great restaurant and bar summer or winter. Tahoe City is just five minutes down the road where there is a large supermarket, great restaurants, coffee houses, boutiques and sport shops - something for everyone!!
Paige Meadows is just up the street for cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter and biking and hiking trails in the summer. In the winter, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood are a mere 15 minute drive. Don't forget your best friend, we are FIDO (pet) friendly, with dog beds, bowls and even a custom built cherry wood crate to use as well. After a long day, relax in the new hot tub and enjoy the stars, or read a good book by the fire. If watching a little TV is what you're after, the cabin also has a 42 inch flat screen TV. Whether winter or summer you're bound to have a terrific time! This home also has Tahoe Park Homeowners association amenities, so come and enjoy!
