Sandy Point Villa is a luxurious vacation rental home located near Disney in the exquisite High Grove Resort in Clermont, Florida. It is our home away from home, and we want it to be yours too. We are a family of six, (me, my husband and our four kids) from Canada and we love our vacation home. Our gorgeous 4- bedroom family villa is on the perimeter of the gated resort of High Grove, a community with only 164 homes. The style of the villa is fairly unique in the Orlando / Disney area, with its Mediterranean appearance and offers you everything you need to relax whilst away from the Parks and shops, with its own games room, pool and Jacuzzi. and, what’s more, there is a fabulous Clubhouse with its own superb amenities including, among many things a Gymnasium and a tot-lot/kiddies playground……read on for more information.

The living room over looking the pool deck contains a large Television with a VCR/DVD player and has a selection of DVDs and books for you to choose from.

The dining area / kitchen is fully equipped including dish washer / freezer / microwave oven and music centre.

The kitchen leads into the the downstairs poolside wash room and also to the laundry room and then into the games room.

The Games Room is carpeted throughout and offers pool, air-hockey, fuzzball and darts with some interesting decorative features - a great way to spend an evening in for a family games night??

Broadband Internet access is also available for those of you who wish to take your laptop along with you.

The property is fully alarmed and for your extra security a safe is provided.

The spacious master bedroom has a great king-sized bed; its generous en-suite offers twin washbasins, oval bath, and large walk-in shower enclosure and separate WC. It also has a large walk in closet and cable TV.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large closet, cable TV and its own access to the family bathroom..

The large twin room has a game cube system/TV monitor/ music centre and ample drawer storage and large closet. The twin or sailboat room has drawers and large closet.

The screened pool deck is great for those rest days and evenings when you need to relax away from the hurly-burly of the parks.

It has a lovely 26 ft pool with separate spa /Jacuzzi, access to the deck is 'alarmed' so children cannot stray without your knowledge. Around one side of the pool is chairs, padded table, loungers and a sun-umbrella. All of this can be reached via the sliding doors of the family room or from the pool bathroom.
