This brand new 8 Bedroom home has a great location at Providence Golf Club. Purpose built as a vacation home has ensured the floor plan utilizes every square foot to its maximum potential. Large family groups or friends will have numerous areas allowing them to socialize or take some time out for themselves. A fabulous vacation home with two king-size masters on the ground floor, one to the front with the bathroom having a walk in shower and twin vanities, this bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway. The bedroom at the rear has a sunken tub, walking shower and twin vanities with the toilet separate and also accessible as a pool bath. The hallway leads into the living area which is open plan and spacious incorporating a formal dining area for 10, large seating area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter work surfaces which include a breakfast bar for casual dining all overlooking the outdoor living area which can be accessed from the patio doors. Off the hallway is a games room, the perfect space for children and adults alike to enjoy hours of fun with a pool table, air hockey, TV and PS4 games console.

Upstairs is a loft area which boast a huge 7' billiards table, beverage and snack center with a built in fridge and a large flat screen TV. The loft is surrounded by six more bedrooms, The first bedroom will be themed with a medieval castle motif and will have two bunk beds for a total of 4 beds. The second children's room will be themed to please the Mickey Mouse lovers in your group. This room will have 2 twin beds. The 3rd room will be a king-sized bedroom, all served by the large family bathroom which has twin vanities and a walk in shower. The fourth and fifth bedrooms, both having king sized beds have a Jack and Jill style bathroom with walk in shower and twin vanities. The sixth bedroom is a king-size and has access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is a movie room complete with over-sized theater seating on tiered levels and a 120 projection screen.

Outside the extended pool deck provides a large covered dining area where you will have both dining and comfortable seating making it the perfect space for those al fresco meals and relaxing evenings. The upgraded south facing heated pool and spa is surrounded by lounging space for those wanting to top up their tan.
