House features large well equipped kitchen with cherry wood cabinets, dishwasher, and even some spices. Sweeping Views of the onsite pool and the wooded countryside can be seen from the landing. Enormous master suite has king sized bed, skylights, setting area, flat screen tv with built in entertainment center and surround sound. If one couple books this unit the 2nd bedroom/den is set up as a den with flat sceen tv, dvd player, vcr, 2 leather recliners and an end table. If the unit is booked for 2 couples the room is set up with a queen sized aero bed, tv, dvd, player. Your reservation must specify exactly the number of guests and the unit will be set up accordingly (see photos showing both configurations). This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests, 6 if the other rental unit is booked in conjunction with this one.This unit is one of two units onsite that share resort style amenities: large diving pool with natural rock limestone waterfall, outdoor reflective glass fire pit, horseshoe pit, fun all weather poolside cabana with grill, full sized refrigerator/icemaker, dishwasher, tv and entertainment center, indoor fireplace, washer, dryer, and Eucalyptus infused steam room with built in speakers. Please note that use of these facilities are restricted to the number of guests included on the reservation. If you would like to host a special event please inquire about our special event rates and policies Be sure to include the type of function and the number of expected guests. Children are only allowed if both units one and two are booked or the exclusive rate package is booked. Otherwise the property is reserved for adults only. If you are bringing 6 guests you will need to book off both the cabin unit and the king apartment unit. We also offer an "exclusive use rate" at $250.00 per night. You choose which of the units you would like to stay in, the other unit is locked off. You are guaranteed the only guests using all the resort amenities and you are allowed access to both hot tubs. To book the exclusive use rate- make an inquiry from the unit you would like to book exclusively, ask for the exclusive use rate- and a quote will be sent to you that allows you to exclusively book the property. Property manager lives onsite. Guests violating the use policy and exceeding the number of guests listed in the reservation will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside this unit.
