The "Spa Tower" is a step up from the traditional Grand Luxxe but a level below the LOFT. It is well appointed, spacious at 3,200 SqFt, and has plenty of room to accommodate 10-adults as follows:
3 Large bedrooms; two with King Beds and one with 2-Queen Beds
3 Bathrooms are ensuite with each bedroom. Two have soaker tubs as well as stand-alone showers; One has only the shower and no tub.
Large Living Room equipped with a sofa bed to fit two adults
Dining room that seats 10 people plus a bar counter that seats three more.
Fully equipped kitchen with Range/Cooker Top
Spacious Patio/Teak Deck, with good sized plunge pool, and seating
Spa Tower has a private Massage Room in the Condo. The Spatium Spa will come to your condo to offer treatment.
Elevator in the building
Washer and Dryer at a small additional fee available on the floor of the condo building.
