If you love nature, mountains and need time to relax, yet still have modern conveniences, our house is the place to be. Located on a quiet, cul-de-sac in a gated community, it gives you space with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sun room, deck, and recreation room. Our newly renovated home boasts the comfort of a new heating and air-conditioning system, new kitchen, gas fireplace and Amazon Alexa. Restaurants, shopping, skiing or other outdoor activities are in close driving distance.

The space:

Our house has three spacious bedrooms suitable for couples as well as family with kids. The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and a master bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a full and a twin bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a hallway bathroom with a shower/bathtub. Our newly updated kitchen has all equipment to enjoy a meal at home or is just a cozy space to hang out with family and friends. Our living room features an easy to use gas fireplace and a 42” flat screen tv with a DVD player, Amazon prime video and Netflix.
Our downstairs recreation room is equipped with lots of toys, puzzles and books for younger kids as well as a battery operated hover ball for some indoor mini-soccer fun. During the winter months the sun room is an ideal spot to leave all your skiing or snowboarding equipment.

For infants we provide a pack-n-play (with an optional bassinet) which can function as a crib (with crib sheets, comforter and small pillow), a high chair and kids dishes (plates, cups etc) are available. For walks, you are welcome to use our small umbrella stroller.


Guest access:

Guests can enjoy the entire house.
Interaction with guests
We are available for any questions or requests and typically responds to text, e-mail or phone calls very quickly.


Other things to note :

All guests must be at least 24 years of age to rent our property.
There is a strict no smoking and no parties policy.
There are two cameras on the outside of the house.
