Review for our stay in June & July 2019: Our second stay at Calusa Spririt was so wonderful that we've already planned our third stay! The house is located in a quiet area of Rotonda West on a double lot that offers privacy and tranquility. Conveniently, it's just a short drive to numerous stores, restaurants and beaches. It's evident the owners take pride in their home and find quality people to maintain it. The house is very clean, the yard is well-maintained and the pool is serviced weekly. Calusa Spirit has all the comforts of home and is nicely decorated. In addition to all of the kitchen basics, a new refrigerator and a new coffee maker were top-notch quality. There are plenty of beach towels and the new washer made laundry a cinch! We also made use of the numerous pool toys, bikes and fishing poles. This home offers a quiet paradise we appreciate during our summer vacation. Thank you, Jane and Andy, we look forward to our next stay in June 2020!

Having just returned from our second stay at Calusa Spirt, we can’t praise this property highly enough. From the moment we booked through to our return home, the owners Andy and Jane have been a delight to deal with The house itself has everything you need for a very comfortable vacation. Built on a oversize plot, the property benefits from a very spacious lanai and a huge heated pool. Inside, the fully fitted kitchen is ample for a family of six with the lounge and the nook providing a comfortable retreat from the outside heat. With everything provided for a day at the beach - from towels to cool boxes - you are set to go, with a excellent choice of beaches all within a 20 minute drive. Tennis equipment and a range of bikes are also provided all of which are kept in good working order. This is a property that we would not hesitate to book again and certainly hope to do so in the future.

We’ve rented Calusa Spirit two years in a row for the months of March and April and are looking forward to returning in the near future. The homeowners Andy and Jane are very responsive and their vacation home is a gem. It is as advertised; clean, comfortable and has everything one needs for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, comfortable furniture, plenty of bathroom towels, beach towels and some pool toys. We enjoyed the large solar heated pool that has an expansive pool deck, great for sunbathing, eating al fresco and entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped and has all that you need to cook meals. The home is on two lots, is quiet and relatively private as it backs up to a green space with the Cape Haze Pioneer Trail just around the corner where you can ride bikes or walk for miles. Did I mention they have bicycles in the garage for your riding pleasure. The home is very close to grocery stores, shopping, dining, five golf courses located right in the community and just minutes to some of the most beautiful beaches you’ll find anywhere! Our month-long stay at Calusa Spirit was wonderful! The property is well-maintained and has all the comforts of home. The owners are friendly, helpful and easy to reach. The home's location was perfect for us, providing privacy and peace. We spent much time in the large pool and oversize lanai. The house was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed using the bikes and numerous pool toys too. We highly recommend this rental and we hope to return to this property next summer.

We spent a very comfortable month in Andy & Janes villa. Everything you could need was there. The only thing missing was the Florida sunshine & this is the only aspect of a holiday you can't count on. Poor weather enabled me to read through a lot of the many books available. The location is ideal for a peaceful holiday with lovely beaches & restaurants. The Management Company was a great help to us. Andy, Jane & family have been wonderful to deal with. They have put themselves out to make our stay memorable & we are very grateful. We would have not hesitation in returning to this property again & also recommending this to friends and family who want to holiday in the area. 10 out of 10.
