We stayed at this beautiful house for Thanksgiving 2018. The house is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views and lots of space for families. The house was well equipped and the game room downstairs was a big hit with the adults and children alike. It was literally steps to the beach and it was a beautiful time of year to be in the hamptons! We loved the close proximity to many great restaurants and excellent shopping. Grocery and drugstores were also close. Upon arrival we found the house very clean and the biggest decision was choosing a bedroom. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner - the kitchen was fabulous! I would highly recommend this house and so hope that we go back there very soon. The owner of the house porvided great service and was very responsive and helpful - before, during and after our stay. Luxury accomodations, close to everything, quaint towns and friendly people - I have rated this as my favorite all time vacation!

We were looking for a property and setting to enjoy with family and friends and this rental was perfect. Situated on a piece of property with wide expanses of the bay and killer sunsets, the multi-level decks take full advantage of the location (architect deserves big kudos). The interior is well appointed, calming, and not fussy. This is a showplace with real form and function. The totally tricked out kitchen has everything one needs to prepare fabulous meals with no skimping on appliances, dishware, flatwear, etc. Out guests particularly enjoyed the privacy that the en-suite bedrooms provided and the comfort of the beds and decor. We had a hard time leaving after such a perfect rest, but if this house is still available next year, we'll be back. This is one very special property.

After a month long search to find the perfect house to celebrate our 60th birthdays, along came "Sunset House". Upon arrival, the house looks even better than the photos, it will take your breathe away and you will somewhat feel as if it is almost to good to be true. My friends were indebted to me for finding such an incredible spot. A celebration with friends in this amazingly beautiful, immaculate home right smack on the bay! The lighting, furniture, all perfectly appointed for such a beautiful house in the Hamptons! All bedrooms have bathroons and every room feels so new and clean, a must for this very discrininating group! We did not have great weather but somehow it did not seem to matter in this beautiful home. The homeowner, Joseph, feels like your dealing with someone you have always known and there is almost nothing he will no do to help. The nicest man. Everyone of us had an amazing time, with wonderful memories in this VERY SPECIAL PLACE. The only problem you will have with this home is LEAVING! We became very attached and cannot wait to go back.

This gorgeous beach front home is an escape to paradise. The spacious open layout of the common areas overlooking the ocean made our month long stay surreal. The fully loaded kitchen with center island was perfect of preparing food and entertaining. From extravagant meals on the dinning table to barbeques on the deck, to walks on the beach we all enjoyed many stunning sunsets. I have stayed at many Hampton properties but this immaculate home is by far the most spectacular and greatest vacation I've experienced. I highly recomment to anyone wanting an escape of a lifetime.
