From the parking lot, walk up the flight of stairs to the deck. Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the Full size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The efficient kitchen is perfect for easy meal preparation. A short trip down the hall takes you to the bathroom with jetted tub/shower combo and two sinks. Step back into the hall and discover the Master bedroom. This Master bedroom features a King size bed, flat screen TV and fireplace.

Horsetooth Peak 26C will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning. This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home!

- Age Restriction: The person who books the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, and will also stay in the vacation home.

- This condo does not have a private hot tub

- Flight of stairs up to this condo

- No washer/dryer

- Kitchen has a stove top but no oven

- Strict NO SMOKING POLICY - Absolutely no smoking inside this condo, including marijuana - $1000 fine

- Strict NO PET POLICY - fines if violated

- Bears in the area. You will need to lock all doors and windows each time you leave the property.
