The Presidential is closest to the ocean out of all the buildings on the property. On one side, rooms face Puerto Vallarta and have a view of the river. On the other side, you have an extensive view of the property and of the Bandaras Bay.

Featuring a terrace with two plunge pools, two gourmet kitchens, two king-size beds and two double-size beds, two living rooms with sleeper sofas, two dining rooms, three Jacuzzi tubs, and five LCD TVs. Accommodates 10 adults, 2 children.
