Newly decorated with a sense of comfort and style this two bedroom, one bathroom condo is located on the upper floor of a block of four units, two units downstairs and two units upstairs. There is an open plan, well-equipped kitchen where you will also find a washer/dryer and all the required small appliances, along with a large refrigerator and full sized stove with large oven. There is a four seater dining table positioned just off the living room which leads onto a small balcony.

The bedrooms are located off the corridor with the bathroom situated between the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the Guest bedroom has two single beds that can be made into a king on request. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.
