The Space:
Our gated corner house (with only 1 neighbor!) is on a fairly quiet street, gated parking in front of the house accommodates 3-4 cars. As you enter, you will come in through the first living space with a comfortable couch placed in front of a beautiful fireplace & mantel. To your right, you will find quint reading area with two chairs & a lamp. On the hallway, to your left you will find the Jacaranda Tree Room /Two single beds have a dedicated full bathroom with stand up shower.
At the end of the hallway you will find the Oak Room/Master Bedroom is complete with king bed, on sweet full bathroom, and plenty of closet space. Coming back out of the hallway to your left, you will see our open floor plan TV area, dining space & grand kitchen stocked all the cookware you will need to cook up excellent meals, we have easy to use single serve coffee machine and all stainless steal appliances. Through a hallway to the right of the kitchen, you will be led to our Crape Myrtle Tree Room/Single Bed is perfect for one person with full bathroom with stand up shower in bedroom. Through this bedroom, you will have access to the full laundry room & closet space. French doors from the kitchen /dining area take you to the impeccable back yard with covered seating on either side of the yard.
Guest Access:
As our guest, when booking the home you will have access to all 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry, parking and back yard.
Interaction with Guests:
I am available 24/7 by phone or text to assist you in making the best out of your stay with us. There is a small office on site (detached from home) so you may see myself and my employee coming and going from time to time during normal business hours. Monday morning, is the normally scheduled for gardening maintenance service. Do not be shy feel free to stop us and ask about the local hot spots!
The Neighborhood:
We are in a unique setting. Though we are just a block away from a busy main street, you would never know it while being in the patio or in the house. We are a corner house with only 1 neighbor. We own the lot behind the home. One block away you will find fast food places such as, Tommy's Burgers, Subway Sandwiches, Denny's Restaurant & Burger King all within walking distance.
Getting Around:
4 Major freeways (405, 101, 118 & 5) within a 5-10 minute drive, public transportation is 1 block away.
Major Valley Hot spot is Ventura Blvd only 10 minutes away offers dining, shopping, entertainment and plenty of bars & pubs.

La casa es tal y como se anuncia. Muy agradable, limpia y acogedora. Muy bien equipada y bien situada si tienes coche. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer día. Daniel es un dueño preocupado y amable. Repetiremos!!!!.
This is a very nice house and we enjoyed our stay. The value for what is delivered is top notch. Daniel is a wonderful host. He met us when we arrived, checked up on us while we were there, and was there to see us off when we left. The kitchen and bathrooms appear to be newly remodeled and were very nice. Almost every place we went was within 30 minutes (assuming no traffic issues).
This home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Daniel was a wonderful host, gave a tour of the house when we arrived, and even called to check if we needed anything during our stay.
The property was very clean, very complete and high quality. The gate gives additional security. All we needed was available even gas for the out door grill and all was peaceful. The back yard to the rooms and modern kitchen and baths made the stay very comfortable. The host was always available for all questions and needs. Thank you Daniel!
The house is a very nice, renovated home that was very comfortable for my family of six. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice having 3 bathrooms. Our host, Daniel, was extremely helpful and even met us very late upon our arrival. The home was located centrally for us to visit Hollywood, Six Flags, Pasadena and Santa Monica within 30 minutes. The home is located in an industrial neighborhood but I felt safe with the gates/fences. There is a local grocery store nearby. I would highly recommend this house!
