Swan Villas is a beautiful and private community that has wonderful views of the lagoon and the beach access is only a few feet across the road. The villas are so unique in design and the infinity pool and surrounding area are so beautiful! We really enjoyed staying here!!

We stayed 7/24-7/28. Property is very unique. We were only ones in the complex which was nice. Great shower and fabulous pool. Did not have daily on site personnel but had no issues.

The staff was very helpful before and during our stay. They were always able to be reached via email. I also loved the pool, a very relaxing atmosphere. My husband and I also enjoyed being able to use the kayaks and bicycles. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

We loved everything about it...the incredible view from every angle, the comfy round bed, the spacious balcony, the relaxing jacuzzi tub, and our absolute favorite amenity...the AMAZING shower cave! I was so entranced with it that I'm having something similar replicated in my custom build.

Owner is so lovely and available for any needs. Beautiful to have ocean sunrise on other side of road and bay sunset outside your window. Nice to be able to use kayaks, bikes and snorkel gear and access to local mobile phone. Lovely Resturant’s in walking distance. The sand flies kept us off the beach but the property was lovely to stay at. Local bus safe and easy and most reasonable to get to Placencia. Chocolate factory nearby very interesting. Quiet and peaceful with beautiful birds on the balcony each day.
