The space

4 queen beds, 1 full futon, and a twin bed in a small bedroom. 5 bedrooms in all, gorgeous mountain views. Holds 10 to 11 people comfortably. Large living room with electric fireplace. Big dining room with a leaf for the table if needed for extra guest.

Guest access

There is an electric fire place for cozy nights and a bar BQ for summer cook- outs on the porch. There are 3 smaller refrigerators in a few the bedrooms for keeping your beverages cool.

Interaction with guests

I will interact with my guest as often as they need me to. Or want me too. Sometimes I don't even meet my guests.

Other things to note

Each Dog cost $ 25.00 per week. There is a twenty dollar fee for Every person past ten persons. There is a $20.00 hour for each hour stayed past check out time.
SOME TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS HOME
1.No smoking of any kind in my home
2.Respect all animals on this property, DO NOT touch or feed or enter or open any horse pastures or gates
3.Be respectful of check in and check out times.
4.Turn ALL lights and air conditioners OFF.
5. DO NOT ENTER IN THE BASEMENT, its my apartment.
6.NO subletting, you will be fine double the rental amount.
7.DO NOT open any window with an air conditioner in it,(it will fall out)
8.There is a garbage disposal, located under the kitchen sink. You must run it with the water on before turning on the dish washer.
9. No leaving wet items on the kitchen floor or and floor floor or doors.
10.Do not put any plastic or rubber utensils in then dish washer.
11.Do not let you dogs-off the leash, scratch the floors, feed them on my carpets or leave them alone in the house. Please pick up after them. You must disclose your pet at booking time or you fee will double and or you might be evicted at owners discretion.
12.Do not throw female products in the toilet.
13.Do Not remove the electric fire place in the living.
14.The Bar BQ is electric, but fueled with gas, Please treat with caution.
15.Do Not slide or run down the gravel bank.
16.DO NOT leave the storm door locked open. (the wind will blow it off the hinges)
