Steve's property was everything as advertised and more! Our large family felt right at home here. The properties were clean and had everything you could need X2! The kayaks, paddle boards, chairs and fire pit were also the perfect way to spend the week outdoors. The location is also an excellent jumping point for quick trips into Boyne City, Charlevoix, Petosky, and Harbor Springs. Perfect spot for a large family getaway!

Invited my four siblings and their kids to stay the week in celebration of my 60th birthday. The lodging was split between the Lakehouse and the property across the street. Both properties well maintained and up to date. The lakehouse was the place for meals, water-activities and campfires. The alt-house was the place for volleyball and badminton tournaments. Steve, the owner, lives right next door and is very accommodating with whatever you need. He took the boys for a ride in an inflatable behind his speed boat which they enjoyed. He also has a tiki bar on his property fully stocked. Lake Charlevoix area has it all. We rented a pontoon boat for the week to explore and fish. Steve has an assortment of paddleboards to use as well as bikes. We took advantage of both with a paddle across the lake and a bike ride to Petoskey. Several places on the lake to stop for a bite to eat and gas up. Plenty of restaurants in Boyne City, Charlevoix and Petoskey. You can get on a bike path in Charlevoix and ride to Petoskey and Harbor Springs with plenty of stops along big lake Michigan for a swim. It was a great week with perfect weather, great accommodations and fun had by all.
