The kitchen is fully equipped , pots and pans,crock pot ,glassware ,dishwasher, stove , refrigerator with ice maker, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, cookware, utensils, and a brand new microwave mounted over the stove. Enjoy your meal in the dining room that sits 6 people comfortably or at the breakfast bar with 3 bar stools.

The laundry room has a full size new washer and dryer , iron, ironing board, beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs for our guests .

This unit has been completely painted throughout, extra clean and decorated to enhance your stay and make it the most comfortable!

All bed linens, towels and beach towels are supplied, sprinklers and smoke detector are in the unit.

We have a large heated oceanfront pool as well as a hot tub. A private oceanfront picnic area is also provided .You can BBQ on the gas grill while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Per Health Department order, infants, toddlers and children that are not toilet trained (including swimmies) are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.

Adventure water park, restaurants, bars, miniature golfs, groceries, Volusia mall, banks all within a few miles.

EVEN THOUGH WE EMPLOY A CLEANING SERVICE, AT LEAST THREE TIMES A MONTH WE TRAVEL TO THE CONDO TO DO A THOROUGH CLEANING AND WE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS VERY CLEAN.
