Booking is through invoice, to be signed and returned with a 15% to 30% holding fee (determined by amount of booking cost). Invoice will be sent by email, print and sign the invoice and return along with paid holding fee by postal service.

The booking balance is due 3 weeks before your arrival in order to get a key code to your lock box that holds your key unless other arrangements are made and approved with management.

Cleaning Fee/Policy

Regular cleaning fee: $100.00 (no pets)
Pet fee: $125 + $50 additional cleaning fee

Cancellation Policy

50% refundable of holding fees if cancellation in advance of at least 45 days prior to arrival date; 75% refundable if cancellation in advance of at least 60 days prior to arrival date. (25% retained for computer time and labor to rebook unit)

Property Rules

No Smoking inside our units. A deck with cover is available for gas grilling, eating and smoking outside if desired.
