Emerald Lakes vacation home is located in a private non-gated community in Pocono Mountains. All are welcome to enjoy this beautiful, 3 floors, non-smoking, lakefront house, with 6 bedrooms (1 king, 5 queen, 2 full, 2 single beds), 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, 1 gas fireplaces, TV, Cable, WI-FI internet.
The house is a perfect haven for family and friends who want to get away from it all, with the comfort of a home. All tableware and cookware are provided, amenities include dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. I provide bedding but not towels.
The house features deck overlooking the lake, gas barbecue, fire pit and private dock.
Please be advise that indoor pool is close due to maintenance of the heating equipment.
Minimum AGE Limit for all Renters – 25 (except families traveling with their kids). No proms please.
The house is located minutes from the Mt Airy Casino (9 miles), Pocono Raceway – Pocono Nascar 500 (8 miles), Camelback, Camelbeach Water Park and ski area: Bushkill Falls, Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Water GAP (18 miles), a short ride to malls (the Premium outlet or along route 611), movies, Walmart, restaurants, horseback riding and paintball.
Fish or boat from the private dock. Guests have access to 1 paddle boat, 1 canoe, 2 single and 1 double kayaks and life vests. The Lake - "Dry Sawmill Run " (Mountaintop 55 acres) is non-motor boat. Fishing policy – catch and release. You can swim at lake at your own risk. There are rocks and plants on the bottom.
No AC - fan in each bedroom.
Fireworks are not allowed in Emerald Lakes.
We encourage you to enjoy the community clubhouse, pools, sauna, and sports courts. The tennis court and outdoor swimming pool is right down the street. Community beach with a playground, Island Park, is about 10 minutes away walking distance. Other attractions provided by emerald lakes community such as basketball court, indoor pool, main beach, bar, ping pong are minutes away by car.

Margaret, the owner, is very nice and she tries best to accommodate all our requests. She replied quickly on any questions we may have, or tried getting answers possible. The house is very clean and well maintained. All the rooms have different themes which made the house very special. All the bedding is clean and good quality. Definitely have enough room to fit my big family. We like it the best that each room has its own heat zoning which we can adjust to the temperature we each feel comfortable with. We all had a good time in the house. Thank you.

We had a lovely weekend at Inn Kognito 3! There were 15 of us (5 kids and 10 adults) and there was more than enough room for everyone! The living room / kitchen area is bigger than what it looks from the pictures and the view of the lake is great!! The house was stocked with everything we needed. It’s also very close to Camelback which made the location ideal! The owner was very easy to work with and she was quick to respond to my emails. She was also flexible and let us stay a little longer than the official check-out time which was so great for us. The only thing I would say is that if you have anyone that has trouble navigating stairs, this may not be the house for you. The house has three floors and the stairs are steep! Overall, this was a great house for a weekend of family fun and we would absolutely recommend it.

This house suited our needs very well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely updated. My girls loved the rainhead shower that lit up! House was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. Security deposit was returned to us the same day we checked out! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Due to the cold weather, there was a little plumbing issue, but being a wonderful host, the owner took care of the problem immediately. Not only did she take care of the problem, she came to the property herself to clean up. My friends and I were very impressed about how quickly the problem was handled as well as how the owner came out herself to clean. We really enjoyed ourselves. My friends cannot stop talking about how much fun we had and how comfortable we felt in the home. We will definitely be coming back to the poconos and if the home is available we will be renting again. I will definitely recommend the home to others. Lastly, the owner made herself available to reach at anytime of the day. We thank you for such great hospitality and customer service.
