The space
The Mint Julep is a spacious two-story house with an elegant design and open-plan living space that allows guests to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Recently renovated and furnished, the house is in pristine condition with every detail thoughtfully arranged for our guests.
The house features:
Six bedrooms and five full bathrooms! Two Master bedrooms both with a king-size bed, another bedroom with a king size bed and three bedrooms with queen size beds. One of the bedrooms has its own private mother in law suite. All bedrooms feature a ceiling fan, luxurious linens, and closet space.
A beautifully comfortable living room with a 65-inch 4K HDTV and enough seating for 12 people. There is also a gas fireplace and Apple TV.
A fully-equipped modern kitchen with the latest high end appliances and a peninsula with 4 bar stools to enjoy a quick snack or your morning coffee. There is also a dining table that seats 6 comfortably totaling seating for up to 10 people to eat.
There is also a laundry room on the first floor with a deluxe washer and dryer.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire private home and everything it has to offer. Including 4 maneuverable parking spaces in the back of the lot.
Interaction with guests
Our property is run by a 5* hosting services company, Stay Duvet. The friendly team will be on hand throughout your stay, from checking you in to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities for you at a discounted price, including but not limited to water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see.
