The Space:

This comfortable and spacious three-story house is the perfect accommodation for groups looking for a fun-filled luxury stay in Charleston. The house can sleep up to 10 people comfortably, with 4 bedrooms, 6 beds and 3 bathrooms. The house has been recently refurbished and is split over three floors.

The main floor features an open-plan well-equipped kitchen and living room with all the amenities of home and more including a breakfast bar, huge plush sofas, an open fireplace, Cable TV, audio system, washing machine and dryer.

Downstairs, the basement is perfect for movie nights or cosy group gatherings with a huge 73 inch 3D HD TV with surround sound and a popcorn machine.

These floors have inbuilt speakers in the ceilings so you can play the same music throughout the space. On the top floor there are three bedrooms (2 Kings and 1 Queen) and two bathrooms (one en- suite).

Each bedroom includes a TV, ceiling fan and wardrobe. The house also boasts an outdoor area with fire pit, grill and seating for 12, perfect for an evening barbecue or drinks.

This home is the definition of downtown luxury. The whole house was remodeled in 2013. Everything is completely new and your located only a 10 minute walk to the corner of King and Calhoun, 10 minute walk to CofC, and a 10 minute walk to MUSC.

The Neighborhood:

My house is situated in a picturesque, friendly and quiet neighborhood in the heart of Downtown Charleston, just a short walk or taxi ride from everything the city has to offer. It’s only a 10-minute walk from the corner of King & Calhoun streets, the College of Charleston university and the water where you can walk to The Battery, a seawall and promenade with many grand houses. As the house is located in a quiet close-knit community we ask all guests to please be respectful of our neighbors and not treat this as a party house.
