A full complement of dishes, glassware and cooking utensils fill the generous kitchen cabinets. Dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator with icemaker make meal preparation easy. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and sundeck, both of which have tables with seating for 6. The charcoal grill can be used on the patio or on the deck.

Beach chairs, umbrella and toys can be found in the storage room on the ground level. Several bicycles are stored there, too. The island's bike path is directly across the street and parallels the specially-designed jogging trail.

For those rare too-chilly florida nights, or just for a little more ambiance, the living room fireplace helps make everything more comfortable. A selection of books and a large flat-screen television make relaxing even easier.
