The condo is delightful. Bright and airy, Everything (2) people need. Boardwalk to the beach *only one we saw (wear shoes tho!)..and a lovely beach it is! Sunrise AND sunset. The pool is good when you just can't take anymore salt water. You are convenient to every single place on the island. Must try Flamingo Bay....delicious shrimp. Captiva is fascinating but Sanibel is friendlier. Also, one of our favorite stops was the Seashell Museum. If we could go every year this would be the place!

This was the second stay for my sister and I and we plan to return as long as we're able. Perfect location, great beachfront, beautiful accommodations.

Our 1st trip to Sanibel & definitely not our last. The Condo was absolutely awesome. The view was spectacular & having that view from the living area of the unit was wonderful. The unit was spacious, clean, well maintained with modern décor. I was especially impressed with the top-notch kitchen ware. I always take a non-stick skillet & sharp knife, but neither was needed this time. The king mattress was SOOOO comfortable, we slept like babies!! I did experience frequently dropped signal with Wi-Fi but was easily reconnected. Loved the gas grills in the courtyard--a plus since we didn't want to get dressed nightly for dinner. The area is absolutely fabulous and the unit was much more than what we expected. I would like to have had a luggage cart available by the facility, but otherwise, my only complaint would be that 7 days was just not enough time to take it all in, therefore, we have decided we WILL return for many years to come. Thanks for the most memorable vacation ever!

What a lovely condo!!! So clean and very well stocked!! To simply put it.....ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! The only change we will make next year is to book it for two weeks rather than one!

After a long, hard Montana winter and too many years without a real vacation, we were more than excited for our first trip to Sanibel Island - and we were NOT disappointed! This condo was exactly as advertised and even better than we'd hoped for! Our flights were delayed and we didn't arrive until after midnight, so we really appreciated the clear instructions from Ed and not having to "check in". The place was immaculate and beautiful and very well-appointed with the necessities. We really enjoyed the beach access right outside the front door and the availability of beach chairs & umbrellas. We enjoyed a few of the restaurants and activities Sanibel has to offer, but wound up buying groceries (Jerry's salad bar & Bailey's fish counter were favorites), grilling on the nearby gas grills, & enjoying a beach-view dinner on the patio after a day spent on the beach more than once! The wide variety of cookware was appreciated, as were the sharp knives - that was a pleasant surprise! We didn't expect to enjoy shelling as much as we did, and brought back a nice variety that will remind us of our wonderful vacation! Our visit came at the beginning of the rainy season, and it clouded up almost every afternoon, but most of the storms went right on by, although we did have a few storms - but that just gave us an excuse to relax & read! We are already planning for next year - hoping to stay for 2 weeks next time! Thanks so much for helping make our trip such a success!
