Free WiFi is included. We also share a boat dock with a neighboring property and have 1 boat slip available for your use.

Just 13 miles from War Eagle, 23 miles from downtown Eureka Springs, 32 miles from the Wal-Mart home office, 43 miles from downtown Fayetteville, and 70 miles from Branson MO, this property is nestled in a beautiful cove just a few short steps from the water. The property is secluded at the end of a gravel road through the forest. Approximately 7 miles of gravel road after leaving the pavement. During the winter months a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be required to get to the property.

The main floor provides sleeping for 10 with Queen beds in 3 bedrooms and a Bunk Room that has 1 full size bed on the bottom and 3 twins, making it perfect for teenagers or small children. Also on the main floor is the laundry room, 2 living areas, dining and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with 2 full size refrigerators. The great room is cozy, relaxed and comfortable with two sofas. The dining table seats 6, the breakfast area seats 4, and the bar area provides seating for 6. Lots of windows with a beautiful view of the lake and a large deck with a modern outdoor seating area, outdoor dining table, and an outdoor gas grill.

The loft bedroom upstairs from the great room has 1 queen bed and a balcony.

Downstairs has 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms - 1 bedroom with a single queen bed and 1 bedroom with 2 queens. Both bedrooms exit to a covered patio with a modern outdoor seating area.

If you bring your boat or jet ski you will need to launch before arriving to the property. There are boat ramps available at Rocky Branch Marina, just a short boat ride away.
