Ski on and ski off Sugarbush Mountain, Lincoln Peak side. Very comfortable single family home right on the mountain. Four bedrooms and family room that includes more sleep area if needed. First floor "great room" includes open layout with full kitchen, dining area with table and seating for up to 10, wonderful fireplace, living room, and great views of the mountain. Amenities include full mudroom with room for ski equipment, indoor sauna, outdoor hot-tub with full view of the mountain and fire pit.

Ski on to beginner trail (Out to Lunch) that takes you directly to either the beginner lift (Village Quad) where you can connect with the rest of the mountain lift system or the main ski village (Lincoln Peak Courtyard) for lift tickets, equipment rentals, dining and other services. Ski off is two turns from top of Out to Lunch and then right to our land.

Bedrooms include master with king bed and second bedroom with queen bed that share a full bathroom with shower and tub. These bedrooms are located on the mezzanine level overlooking the great room. On the next level down are two bedrooms each with two twin beds. They share a second full bathroom with a shower.

The family room is located on the next level down and includes sliding doors with direct access to the hot-tub, sauna and washer and dryer. We also use this room as an additional sleeping area as needed. There is a very comfortable couch sleeper and we have additional mattresses when there is a full house.

Internet connectivity and cell service are excellent. Television in great room includes cable, Netflix and Amazon.
