Panoramic Views Of Lake/Mtns w Golf, Fishing, & Beach.
'Ash' cottage is nestled in the pines just 300 feet from two white sand beaches and crystal-clear Kezar Lake. Sitting on the screened in porch having a coffee or sipping a glass of wine, you can look out over the waters of Kezar Lake and the stunning ranges of white mountains framing the lake. Sitting by the cottage, surrounded by blueberry bushes and groves full of protected lady slippers, you may hear the call of loons or see a bald eagle fly overhead.
White sand beaches with swim floats and adirondack chairs beckon for lazy days of swimming and reading a good book. The waterskiing and fishing are incredible, and kayaks and canoes are available for your use to explore the waters of Kezar. You can rent pontoons or ski boats at the nearby Marina, or arrange to bring your boat. There are two beautiful beaches for your use - a quieter private beach with chaises lounges and beach chairs shared by a handful of cabins, and a town beach that is perfect for children. Both have white sands, crystal clear waters, and swim floats.
The cottage itself is peaceful, calm, clean and comfortable. Soaring cathedral ceilings, large windows with wavy glass that let in ample light, a beautiful craftsman fireplace with inset quartz pieces, and a screened in porch to watch the sunsets are some of the wonderful features of Ash cottage.
Unspoiled and traditional, Ash cottage has nonetheless been meticulously maintained and is clean and comfortable. Each bedroom as it's own private bathroom with full bath, and the living room has couch, chairs, coffee table, a small dining table, a TV/DVD/VCR, and the fireplace. There is a 3/4 size refrigerator, a 4-burner stove, a small grill, coffee-maker, and microwave (but note no full oven at this time.) The screened in porch has couch and chairs and a small dining table.
Outside find adirondack chairs as well as nearby picnic tables, grills, and fire pits for your use. A large dock is shared by several cabins. On a 400-acre property, there is a swingset for children, and a tennis court shared with several other cabins. A white sand beach with a swim float, chairs and chaise longes is private but shared by a handful of cabins.
