We have been spending our vacations at Orange Beach every year for many years and we ALWAYS rent our condo from Don and his family!!! The condo is always neat and clean and Mr. Don always leaves his card with a special hand-written "welcome" message on the back letting you know that if you need anything at all while you are there, to let him know! We have never had a bad experience! Love the location, and it's very family friendly. Not only do we love sitting on the beach during the day, but we also love to walk across the street and stroll on the trails at the state park. The condo has all the comforts of home!!! Thanks Don for all you do to make us feel welcome and make our stay each year such a pleasure!!

This was our first time to Orange Beach, but Lord willing certainly won't be the last. To look for another place to stay would be like trying to reinvent the wheel. In other words, to try to find another place would be a complete and total waste of time. Our condo was exactly what we were looking for, and Mr. Taylor has the be one of the most kind human beings God has ever created. Not only was he a nice person, but was very accommodating. There was one issue with the remote control to the TV. But it was something that was beyond anyone's control. I called Mr. Taylor and he had it fixed in no time flat. And then on day four, I lost the door key, and again Mr Taylor was right there. If the star rating was maxed out at 10 I would have given them that. Close to the beach-swimming pools, handy parking, and southern hospitality with a smile. We loved it!!

We started coming to Sugar Beach Condo's in 2002 we have stayed in this Studio several times and when the hubby and I want a quick, last minute getaway we call Mr. Don and his family. We have always loved staying right on the beach and not far from restaurants and shops. We have enjoyed many nights relaxing on the balcony and just enjoying the quiet beauty of God's creation. We love that we can call and always get a clean. well kept condo. We appreciate that we never have to worry about what we may walk into when booking other places. We KNOW what that we are getting a nice room at a nice price! This place is wonderful!!! Our family has been coming for over 10 years! The facilities have always been clean and well taken care of. The grills on site are no exception. It is so convenient to be able to walk to the beach and to play for a while then take a dip in either of the poolside pools. There is also a fenced in kiddie pool. It is also convenient to local shops and restaurants. The owner and his family work very hard to make sure you have a great time with no problems! if you are looking for a safe, clean, and kid friendly place look no farther.. I highly recommend this Christian family and their properties!
