Apart from many amenities within walking distance, there's a Safeway and Starbuck's across the street. Enjoy everything this beautiful and safe community has to offer: pickleball, tennis, golf, cycling, hiking in the state park or on the many other trails, spas, restaurants and a variety of cusines, shopping, boating, water tubing, swimming or cruising on the touring vessel the Desert Belle at Lake Saguaro, gambling at We Kopa, the Artists' Gallery, Theatre, or walking around the lake downtown. As well, enjoy the weekly farmer's market along with many other community events ie antique car displays, movies in the park and ballet under the stars.
As well, the Mayo Clinic is ten mins. away and our condo would provide an ideal place to convalesce from surgery at Mayo.

My wife and I enjoyed the two bedroom , two bathroom condo in Fountain Hills. The home was fully supplied with kitchen items as well as laundry and bathroom needs. The beds were comfortable and roomy to store our clothing. The pool and the grill area along with the gym items for working out were adequate for our needs. Grocery stores were right across the street along with various restaurants. This is an easy town to walk in. There are wonderful sites to see within the city. Craft fair, car show, library, the fountain, and the view of the mountains as the sun rises.We would like to thank the owner for sharing his home with us. He is easy to get along with, and will assist you with any needs to make your stay the most enjoyable. We highly recommend this condo and hope to stay in the near future.

Due to the timing of our real estate transactions we needed a "home" for 10 days in Fountain Hills. This condo fit the bill and provided us ample space and accommodations --- close to everything yet private and quiet enough to enjoy our time Staying here also gave us a chance to explore our next home town and even meet some new people We highly recommend this condo

Comfortable, and perfect for the Mayo Clinic. OK for my handicapped husband, though could do with an extra grab bar on the bathroom wall to step safely from the bath. Loved watching the fountain from the balcony at sunset. Easy drive to swim the Saguaro Lake.

The condo is conveniently located in Fountain Hills and within the Four Peaks complex, close to the pool, etc. Very clean, nicely furnished, beautiful place. Great split bedroom layout for a family. We will be back and would recommend to others. The owner and manager are responsive and helpful. Don't hesitate to stay here.
