Our first floor condo in this low rise community is tucked away for your enjoyment. Our newly remodeled and sound-proofed condo is ground floor with 1250 square feet. We even have parking right outside the front door. There are no elevators or parking decks here with only 100 condos and 40 in our section. Your peaceful stay be will a great time away from the hustle of the city. Our master bedroom features a King Size Bed, balcony access, and a private bath. Our second bedroom has a Full Size Bed and Double Bed. We have an additional full hall bath. We have new tile floors and our bedrooms have wood flooring. Our living area has a sleeper sofa for when those extra guests just will not leave! We have a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. We have a washer and dryer. Our spacious deck has a view of Ole River and also a fantastic pool. We have an additional pool that is located on the beach side for another option ~ what a variety! Our community also features 2 lighted tennis courts, free boat storage and boat docks, plus fabulous fishing piers. We are offering amazing new listing specials. We felt right at home the moment we walked into Lita's condo! Everything was super clean and inviting! We stayed two weeks and it passed by quickly. She has everything you need to make yourself right at home. The furnishings of the condo were of exceptional quality with special accents here and there. The kitchen even included a toaster oven which made meal preparation so easy and no big oven to warm up the place.

The covered patio was relaxing as you watched the boats going and coming ...

Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail! And you could watch your own boat ... if you have one to dock. We will definitely be back! "THANKS" Lita for a truly great vacation!

Quiet, perfect for a family

The condo was perfect for our week vacation. The kitchen is very well stocked and we loved the patio. We are inside almost every meal and didn't have any problem having pans, cups, etc. Thank you so much to Lita for staying in touch and even checking on us during the tropical storm. The only issue we had was trying to work the tv :) too many remotes. We will certainly be booking here again

Relaxation at its best!

My husband and I had been working several 50 hour weeks leading up to our vacation with the kids. We needed exactly what Lita had to offer in her beautiful condo. Being on the river side was so peaceful! Waking up in the morning, we would take our coffee to the patio. All we could hear was the seabirds and wind through the palm trees. If it wasn't for the kids, we never would have left our chairs. The beach side was overrun with slightly out of control kids and was so windy! My kids (13 and 10) loved their room, plenty of space for them both. And the resident pair of fearless blue herons begging for bait from the fishermen gave us hours of enjoyment! Thank you Lita for a much needed break from reality.

Stayed the month of February 2017. Beautifully kept 2 bedroom with 2 baths. Clean and well furnished. Beds comfortable, enough kitchen supplies for lots of dinner parties. Great view of the Ole River and beautiful homes across. Beach just across the street so you have the best of both water worlds! First floor for easy access. Well maintained property with all amenities! Love it! Thank you Lita!

Very Peaceful, Yet In the Middle of Everything

It's hard to beat the price or location, even though this isn't "on the beach." The condo overlooks Old River, but access to the beach is just a 5-min walk across the street. It's close to all the things we wanted to do - lay on beach, jet ski, pick up doughnuts, bars, great fishing spots. We actually found it very enjoyable to sit on the deck and watch all the activity on the river. Lots of boats going by, birds stalking fish and dolphins that would come right up to the dock. One day the Blue Angels flew right over us. That was super cool.

Lita, the owner, was great to work with. She accommodated us when we needed to change our check in time and made sure we had everything we needed to get into the unit. We wanted to work with an owner, and not some agency and that was good.

The condo was clean and cozy. It could use a little updating, but we're not picky. The kitchen was fine for what we needed. Our only complaint is that the mattress in the master bedroom was awful. I think there were two foam pads on top of the mattress which provided no support and caused you to "sink in." I'd have given this place five stars if that mattress was better.

Owner's Response: It is funny, but most of my guest have loved the bed. I have had a couple guest tell me it was a little to much cushion. I made the bed to my liken which seems to difference with Mitchell likens. The King size bed has been removed and has been replaced with a new King size mattress as of May 10/2017. After reading this review, I contacted a couple of my guest that rent often to get their advice. I listen to my guest and I respond. This is the first time I got less then 5 star review. that shows you right there , I do take care of my complaints! I work with my guest as much as I can, and I listen to what they say. Our Condo has a very nice atmosphere. People have always loved our spacious balcony, because of the wild life, dolphins,the boat slips, fishing piers.We have excess to the gulf, which is located right across the street. We own the beach that is located in front of the gulf side Condos. We have swimming pools on both sides. Old River side pool is located in a nice area, looking right at Ono Island. Our Condo is very entertaining and at the same time VERY PEACEFUL environment.

Lita was great she made sure we had everything we needed. This condo was on the river side we saw dolphins swimming. My kids fished off the dock every night. We were. About 10 to 15 minutes from gulf shore / Pensacola. Plenty of place to visit and eat at

Fantastic quiet easy going family getaway!

We went with our two boys ages 11 and 14. I picked this place honestly because of the pics of the covered deck with the table for 6 and the bedroom set ups. My husband and boys are tall and needed more than regular size beds. Many of what I found were with bunkbeds. My hubby is 6' 6" so we appreciate a king size bed and my boys were very comfortable in their room as well(with 2 full size beds). We also got lots of use out of that back covered deck. First of all, it was nice was for when it was raining to still be able to sit out there and enjoy the view of the docks and boats. But, we also ate a few meals out there. We also made use of the onsight grilling area for making hamburgers one evening.

We truly did have the best of both worlds with Ol' River behind our condo, where my boys and hubby fished almost daily and then being able to walk across the street to the ocean when we wanted. Oh, and speaking of, I shared a video of the beach on facebook and more than one of my friends made the comment how they couldn't believe how quiet it was. That it wasn't crowded at all. YEP!!!! That's what I had been told before we went and it was exactly as described.

So, yes. We will be going back and we will be staying in this same unit. Lita(the owner) was wonderful! She and I texted frequently. She was always very responsive and helped me answer any questions I had along the way.

It was hard to leave and come back home. Can't wait to go back!

Very lovely unit

We stayed the week of 23rd JUL. First time, we have stayed on "bay" side. It was very quiet and relaxing. Just the perfect vacation for a person who has a high stress job. Very well stocked ( but no cookie sheet- lol). The pool is great and you have wonderful view of the boats at sunset. My mom and I spent a ton of time on the patio talking and drinking coffee. Thanks for a great time.
