Nestled on a quiet street within East Hampton's Springs hamlet, the house offers cozy decor and a layout that is perfect for entertaining. Inside, you'll find three well appointed bedrooms offering room for 6 guests, plus a pull-out couch in the living room for 2 more. Two of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds, while the third bedroom has a twin bed with accompanying trundle. The trundle can be lifted and joined to the twin bed to create a full-size bed. Our kitchen provides ample prep space, tools, and electrics to help create culinary masterpieces during your stay. The backyard offers guests an expansive dining deck, state-of-the-art Weber BBQ, brand-new Hot Springs spa hot tub, and free-form pool with water feature

The house is wonderful all year round. Our cozy house was built around providing a comfortable, yet functional space for guests to enjoy, relax, and recharge. While the pool and back deck are the stars in the warmer months, the wood-burning fireplace provides a warming focal point in the colder months. Whatever the time of year you choose to visit, East Hampton and the surrounding areas will provide much to explore. After your explorations are complete, come back to the house, cozy up on one of the chairs and enjoy the peaceful tranquility the Springs has to offer. The house is within a ~10 minute drive to East Hampton Town, with luxury shopping and fine dining, as well as several bay beaches, perfect for picnics, kayaking, and relaxing. We are also within driving distance to Sag Harbor, farm stands, and other gems within the Hamptons. The house is a brisk 20 minute drive from bustling Montauk.
