This is a second generation family vacation home that we want to share with others. It has a kitchenette on the ground floor with an adjoining family room with fireplace and TV, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a bedroom with a bunk bed (twin on top, double on the bottom), and a bathroom. There is a small outside patio with barbecue. The main floor has a large vaulted living room with TV/DVD, fireplace, dining room, cook's kitchen, a guest bedroom with a king bed, a generous guest bathroom, and the master bedroom with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, fireplace, TV and private deck. Go up a spiral staircase and there is a loft with a queen size futon, desk, and access to the 2 level rooftop deck which has ocean and harbor views (full view of the July 4th fireworks over Channel Islands Harbor).The garage has 6 bicycles, beach chairs, portable table, ice chest, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand castle making toys. There is parking for 3 cars in the front driveway. Sleeps 10 comfortably. All 3 bathrooms have been recently completely remodeled.
