This eight bedroom, eight bath beach house is tastefully decorated with beautiful Tommy Bahama furnishings. Each bedroom is equipped with cable and has DVD capability. The living area has a state of the art entertainment center which includes a plasma TV and wireless internet service through out the house.
This modern home has a fantastic gourmet kitchen that also has a master suite with its very own refrigerator, jacuzzi tub and private porch. This house is graced with its own private pool and BBQ grill for those great beach parties!
This wonderful beach house is located less than one block from the beach, yet in the heart of downtown I.O.P. Only 14 miles from historic Charleston and close to many championship golf courses. Come straight from the beach and clean off in the private outdoor shower. Take the elevator to the living room and walk out on the porch to relax. For a view of the Atlantic, take a walk up the spiral staircase to the sundeck!

2nd floor: 2 rooms w/ 2 queens in each. Kitchen, living and dining room. With Balcony overlooking the pool.
3rd floor: King master suite w/ private porch that has a spiral staircase leading up to the private sundeck, queen room and 2 rooms w/ 2 queens in each.

The guest entering into the contract must be 35 or older, no exceptions. This person must also be an occupant during the reservation period or else you will have breached your contract & the security deposit will be kept.

We brought a group of teens for an event nearby and the house was just right for us. There was a bathroom in every bedroom which made it very easy with both boys and girls in the house. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have the puzzles and games available for those who needed a break from the beach! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

The house is great for large groups. It was easy to check-in and out. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our group. We all enjoyed the pool! I really enjoyed the rooftop deck where you could see the ocean!

We had 15 relatives staying here. You could just walk out the back gate for a short walk to the beach and was also very convenient to a variety of restaurants that we could walk to (Breakfast , pizza, seafood, and ice cream). Everyone really enjoyed their stay. We loved having our own pool for the kid.

We had a group of 17 and the house worked well for us. Plenty of space. The house had most everything would would need in the kitchen. It had plenty of dishes, silverware, pans. etc. It could use a can opener and a wine bottle opener. Our group is pretty easy going so we enjoyed our time and it was close to what we needed. We would stay here again.
