All rooms have spectacular views! Whether ocean front, marsh front or views of the Historic Morris Island Lighthouse! Our house has plenty of porches to maximize the pleasure of Folly's wonderful beach breezes and stunning sunrises!
Not only can you lounge at the private pool or on your very own exclusive roof top sun deck, but it's just a short walk down your own deck to the Edge of America's plentiful sandy beach! Catch some great waves or a great tan with out having to drive! If you have had enough 'Sun & Fun', enjoy the third floor billiard room or relax in the grand living room, where you can still enjoy the ocean views! 1st floor: King master suite w/ access to pool, king room, king guest master suite w/ access to pool and room with bunk bed. King guest master and bunk bed rooms share a big bathroom, all other bedrooms have their own bathroom.
2nd floor: Queen room with bath room and room w/ 2 queens. Kitchen, living and dining room. There is also a ½ bath on this floor.
3rd floor: Pool table. Sundeck on this floor as well.

The guest entering into the contract must be 35 or older, no exceptions. This person must also be an occupant during the reservation period or else you will have breached your contract & the security deposit will be kept.

We loved the property! The views were amazing to wake up to. The description of property is right on. Plenty of space. It's location right on the beach was great. To be able to walk right on the beach from the property was the best. Would highly recommend this property. Look forward to enjoying this property in the future.

My group had an amazing stay at 'Thee Edge of America'. We had 6 families each with young children and the space was perfectly sized so we weren't on top of each other and there was plenty of room to spread out or all be together if we wanted. The kids really loved the pool--it was nice to have that option after spending time on the beach. Everything was clean and well kept even days after Irma blew through. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms, living area and kitchen were nicely appointed and everything felt very luxurious. The extra ice machine and wine cooler were a very nice perk. The almost 360 views from the rooftop deck were amazing and it was really nice to be on the quiet east end of the island. My only word of advice would be to look at the floor plan because oddly the only way to access the pool and beach without going all the way down to ground level and back up is through the front bedrooms. So we had the whole crew trooping through our bedroom but we knew this going in so it wasn't that big of a deal to us. The property manager Heather was very responsive, informative, and friendly. She made the whole process a breeze. Overall I would highly recommend this property, in 15 years of vacationing on Folly this is probably the BEST we've stayed in. Now we are spoiled!

We decided to stay on Folly Beach for our family reunion upon recommendation from a friend of mine, whose family spends a week on Folly every year. My family could not have been more pleased with the house and location. The accommodations were wonderful...enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all 14 of us, plus a large kitchen/living area for cooking, talking, and relaxing. The close proximity to the cute beach town of Folly and Charleston gave us so many options for touring and site-seeing...Patriots Point, Ft. Sumpter, Carriage Rides through the city, a sailboat excursion, shopping and fantastic restaurants. But many of us just wanted to enjoy the house with the cool breezes on the three decks, the ocean views, watching the pelicans, or a nice dip in the pool after spending the day on the beach. Heather was wonderful with communication about questions or concerns. We had a small leak coming from the refrigerator, but Heather contacted a repairman immediately for the needed repairs. This is the house to rent!
