This cabin is located in Aura, MI on the peaceful shores of Huron Bay, Lake Superior. There is a large yard with a beautiful patio set and a small sandy beach right on the lake. Most mornings and evenings are perfect for kayaking, and we have two kayaks available with advanced notice at no extra charge.. The water stays shallow for at least 25 feet making it the perfect place for little ones to swim and play. We also have some yard games and children's swings, along with water toys so you have less to bring.

Our cabin has running water, electricity, a fully operational kitchen with the basic cooking and dining items, a fire pit near the water, and an outdoor gas grill. We also have a propane furnace to keep you warm during the colder months.

Our property is perfect for families, couples, honeymooners, or those just looking for rest and relaxation. Cook marshmallows on the fire pit after a long day of swimming, or go ice fishing and catch the night's dinner. There is an endless amount of activities to reconnect you with nature and each other, no matter what time of year it is.

Our cabin is 10 minutes away from L'Anse, MI and also close to other destinations such as: the Huron Islands, Mt Arvon (Michigan's highest peak!), the Bishop Baraga Shrine, many snowmobile trails and fishing holes, hiking trails, Point Abbaye, Houghton, MI, and Skanee MI.

Because of the rural surroundings and minimal light pollution, nighttime photography is another great way to enjoy your vacation! We frequently see the Northern Lights, and the Milky Way is highly visible in the summer months.
