Our 17th floor condo has breath taking views and is almost 1600 sq ft. It is casual and comfortable with cozy living room furniture, elegant master bedroom furniture and upgraded linens and towels throughout. Beach service is included in all of our rentals from March-October, weather permitting, at no additional cost. This is an $180 value that includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed and 32" LCD TV and DVD player. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. In the living room, we have comfortable furniture (including a queen sized sleeper sofa), a 43" Plasma TV and Blu-ray player with apps so you can watch Netflix, Hulu and other streaming services (requires you to use your own account).
The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and 32" LCD TV. This bedroom shares a bath with the third bedroom which has a set of bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top, a 26" LCD TV and DVD player which is perfect for the kids.
The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances and the refrigerator provides filtered water and ice. All the cookware, dinner ware and accessories you need are here as well.
In addition, we have a high chair and pack n play for use during your stay. One less thing to pack for your family vacation!
The Palacio complex offers two pools, one heated, and a hot tub. Beach access is directly off the pool and beach chair/umbrella service is available to you during the season. Of course, you can always bring your own beach chair. Other amenities include a Fitness Room overlooking the Gulf, tennis courts, a conference room that can be rented for events and a DVD rental machine.
Plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and children's activities are located nearby for those times when you can drag yourself away from the pristine beaches and turquoise water.

This condo was great for our family including my mom and a visit from a friend. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, the bedrooms are nice and the owner was super responsive to our requests. The view from the balcony watching the Cormorand, Dolphins, Rays and Pelicans while having our coffee in the morning waiting for the sun to warm the beach was perfect! thanks Chris!!!!

Wonderful place. Very clean. Good base for exploring the natural areas, the National Naval Aviation Museum (free) and the Pensacola Lighthouse. We enjoyed ourselves and had plenty of room with 4 adults. We cooked dinner each night and always had all we needed to do so. Loved sleeping where we could hear the ocean on a comfortable bed. Nice complex also with helpful staff. I can't think of one thing I would change or add, except maybe some placemats and some instructions for the TV remotes. We figured it out.

We had an awesome time celebrating our 36th Anniversay. The condo was beautiful. I only had one complaint; the sofa and loveseat are a little dated and not too comfortable but all in all; it was great. We had 2 friends and they loved the condo. Hope to come again.

This condo was really perfect - fantastic view, great access to the beach, good eating places within easy walk or drive and nice amenities. The owners, Angela and Chris, are very easy to work with, are prompt to answer any questions and make the experience a very smooth process. Would recommend - and we will return!
