Within a two mile radius, you can walk to 2 shopping malls (Beverly Center, Trader Joes, TargetCity, and the Grove), L.A.'s finest dining, as well as tasty casual dining, pubs, nightclubs, spas, museums, parks, Cedar Sinai Hospital. Situated in the middle of a triangle of the finest 5 star hotels, including Sofitel, SLS, and the Four Seasons, and less than half of the price.
High ceilings, bright natural light and excellent views from the living room balcony, the Master Balcony and the second bedroom. You can see the Hollywood Hills and the whole downtown skyline. The building has amazing resort like amenities that are quiet, kid friendly and beautiful. All year round heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, paddle tennis court, handball court, BBQ's located in the rose garden and recreation park.
Perfect for a great family vacation. Garage parking for two cars. Crib, car seats, stroller and other baby gear can be furnished upon request at no additional charge. The location simply can't be beat with so many amenities a short walk away. There is a great recreation park with a pool and spa on the second level, parking in an underground garage, and laundry facilities, too. The condo looks better in person than in the pictures. It was very comfortable. Andre went beyond the call to accommodate us and we will definitely stay here again on future visits.
My husband and I and our two kids, 17 and 21, spent a glorious week at this condo. It was very spacious and had everything we needed including a fully equipped kitchen, towels, iron, blow dryer , laundry down the hall, nice pool and remote for the gate to enter and exit parking lot. The location was perfect. Condo is within walking distance to so many restaurants, grocery stores and upscale shopping. in any direction you walk. We ate at an Asian restaurant that was a 3 minute walk from condo and Al Pacino was eating there! We got a picture with him! Will definitely stay there if I go back to LA.
The condo is much bigger than it looks. It is well kept, clean, stocked- no need for any other supplies than the food you eat. Andre has everything there for you. He is a very pleasant man, very helpful and easy to work with. The location is great. It was so helpful to have parking in the building- easy access from the elevators. I definitely would stay here again and recommend it to all.
First of all, I think it's important to let readers know that I am a very picky reviewer. When I travel I stay at five star resorts and my own home is 5,500 square feet and everything is brand new. My son and I spent over a month in this condo during pilot season in Los Angeles and were looking for a place that would be centrally located, well-priced and nice. We found this unit and have actually stayed there on two separate occasions. The unit is very well maintained and Andre will attend to your every need to ensure your stay is wonderful. The condo is quite large and the furniture is clean and well-appointed. I have stayed in units that provide you with 4 forks, 4 plates and the bare essentials in the kitchen. Not so in this case. The kitchen is well stocked so you may wish to spend some evenings cooking at home and enjoying the condo. The bedrooms are also clean and the beds are very comfortable. In fact, there is nothing about this condo that you will find off-putting. The kitchen cabinets are a bit warn but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. The garage is convenient and there are even two spaces so you can have local friends visit you and park in one of your spaces. Trader Joe's is one block away as are a plethora of shops, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Check out the AOC for dinner one night or The Lardner for breakfast and latte's. Best of all, The Grove (app. 1 mile away) and Beverly Center (across the street) are within walking distance so you really feel like you are in the heart of Los Angeles. There is also a pool deck and it is not often crowded so that is another nice feature. Andre also provides you with an auto inflate air mattress so if you need the extra sleeping space, it is at your disposal. Considering the size of the unit, the location and amenities, this unit is well priced. So, why four stars and not five? The building itself is ready for a face-lift. The common areas and elevator are fine but a bit retro for my taste and the interior hallways could use a fresh coat of paint and some new carpet. Also, the master bathroom has a sunken tub with shower doors so if you are elderly or immobile, getting in and out of the shower in that particular room could be challenging. Not many negatives at all and I think you will find this is a very nice find. Best of all, Andre is a good businessman and fair so you can trust you will get everything you paid for. For me, that's worth a lot when booking online.
My family and I were very pleased with the condo. The owner, Andre welcomed us when we arrived and quickly responded to all our needs. The condo is well equipped, very clean and offers all the amenities, including wonderful views of the city. The location in walking distance to lots of shopping (Beverly Center is across the street) and great restaurants. The building is very secure and includes two parking spaces (so necessary in this city). I loved looking out the balcony every morning to see a specatular sunrise over downtown LA and the Mountains. Yes, you can see Griffith park observatory and DTLA from the condo. Thanks again Andre for providing such a lovely place for us to stay.
