Local art decorates the spaces, both bedrooms have French doors to the paved terrace and huge, fenced yard. Gas grill and all the beach gear you will need are included. Laundry with washer and drier off screened porch. Fully equipped kitchen with 5 burner range and dishwasher. There is off-street parking in our paved driveway for at least two cars and ample additional parking right across the street. The cottage is within easy walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants and museums and even the beach is just a 10 minute walk.
