Directly behind the kitchen, is laundry room with a high-capacity washer and dryer (gas) and a very large pantry space for storage of additional food and supplies. A door off of the laundry room leads to a spacious, screened-in rear porch that contains a granite bar with an additional small refrigerator and sink. In addition to the seating at the bar, there is a round table on the porch with seating for four.

The master bedroom contains a King-sized bed and features French doors which allow private entry to the screened-in rear porch.
