Property is located in local domestic area at South-West of Aruba. Very safe & quiet but close to the tourist excitement if you wish. Marriott Resort & Casino at Palm Beach is nearby. Palm Beach Plaza Mall in walking distance with cinemas, shops, casinos, restaurants.

Watersports - like windsurfing, kitesurfing, parasailing, sailing, paddle boarding- all in walking distance.

Livingroom:

This cosy living room has all modern amenities. A nice selection of comfortable furniture and colorful decorations makes you instantly feel at home! Free unlimited Wi-Fi, a safe and a flat screen TV for your convenience.

Books, DVD player with movies and family games and are available for a lazy moment at ‘home'. All rooms are air conditioned, but this is not always necessary with our Trade Wind blowing through..

Kitchen:

Our kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher large stove and a fridge with freezer. As well as a microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and much more! Dining tables are offered inside and outside and wil seat maximum 6 persons. Coffee, tea, spices and cold water are available upon arrival.

Bedrooms:

Our 2 bedrooms are individually airconditioned. Master bedroom is romantically equipped with colonial furniture. You will sleep like a royal in the four-poster king bed!

Second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be put together if necessary. Bedlinnen is provide free of charge. Traveling with a baby? We offer a playpen and highchair for you to use.

Bathroom:

The bathroom is small but has a hot water shower, sink and toilet. All towels are provided free of charge.

Outside & garden:

Fully fenced, nice landscaped yard has two outside lounge area and a pool. A barbecue, outside dining patio and a hammock for your chill-out moments and family diners.

Washer is stored outside in the laundry corner.

We provide cool box, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel set and kids toys to make your -day at the beach- more comfortable!!

We are not there to meet you during check-in. There is a key-box with a code at the entrance. Keys to gate and front door are in this key-box. Code will be provided close to arrival date.

Guests need to be independent, hosts/owners do not live at the property. We try to visit personally. We will be available 24/7 by phone,email or whats-app for questions or emergencies.

If necessary, your rental car can be parked in the street next to the property.
