My beautiful, newly renovated Villa Isabella is located in the Bakval/Saliña Cerca area, opposite to the Marriott Hotel, very close to the best beaches in Aruba, within walking distance of the famous Palm Beach. Towards the North you'll find the Fishermen's Huts beach, Aruba's wind- and kite surfing paradise, on 10-minute walking distance.

At night you can walk in 10 minutes to the Palm Beach shopping malls with plenty of restaurants, bars, casinos, bowling, cinemas and clubs.

Several supermarkets are located in the area, only on a 5 to 10-minute walk. There is a bus stop on the main road in front of the Marriott Hotel. The bus will take you either downtown or the beaches at Arashi and Malmok and the lighthouse.

You’ll love my place because of spacious rooms, nice and comfortable outside sitting areas, the light and modern beach house atmosphere and for being so close to the beach. The house has 230 m2 living space (2400 sq.ft) is fully air-conditioned and is surrounded by a fenced-in tropical garden.

The huge European kitchen has top of the line appliances and is outfitted with anything you need for cooking. A large fridge/ freezer, oven, induction cook top, toaster, microwave, electrical hot water cooker, Senseo and filter coffeemaker. A laundry offers a washer, a dryer, iron facilities. The cozy back porch doubles as a dining area and the front porch is the perfect spot for your daily Happy Hour with cocktails. In the private back yard, you will find lounge chairs for sunbathing.

The master bedroom has a King size (195 cm) canopy bed, a TV set with full cable program, a walk-in closet and a en-suite bathroom with walk in shower (hot water in all showers).

The second bedroom has a full bed (135 cm), a sleep sofa (single size), a large closet and its own bathroom.

A half bathroom for your guests, a huge library, board games, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler on wheels are all there for your convenience.

The house has a carport behind a remote controlled gate to safely park your rental car.

The house is good for 4 people: 2 couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, but also families (with max.3 kids). In case you like to rent the house for more than 4 adult people, please contact us before making the reservation.

Linens, towels, beach towels, basic toiletries (don't bring shampoo and conditioner) are included. We have 2 sets of snorkeling equipment for your convenience.

Please be advised that parties or any large social events are not allowed without prior written consent.

Pets are allowed only after consulting us and our written approval and require an extra cleaning fee of Euro 50, - per stay.

The minimal rental period is 7 nights.

It is important to us, that you feel happy, comfortable and safe at our home. Our manager is only a phone call away for all your questions and 24/7 available for emergencies. I myself can be reached on WhatsApp or email with a 12 hours’ response time. Most information you will find in the manual at the house. Any questions you might have beforehand you can direct to me by WhatsApp or email.

On your day of arrival, we provide you with a free first day groceries package for your convenience.

Information regarding rates:

A 9.5 % room tax, and the costs for final cleaning in the amount of 120 Euro will be added tot your daily rate.

An allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 15, - per night in included .Over usage of utilities, shall be to your discretion and at your expense and will be determined at check out together with our manager.

At reservation a refundable security deposit in the amount of Euro 300,00 will be added to the total amount.

We require a 50% payment when making the reservation and the other 50% should be settled one-month prior arrival.

Cancellation policy:

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Check in:

If you send us your flight information 1 week before your arrival we can arrange for your pick up at the airport (free of charge), If you chose to rent a car, we will give you detailed directions how to get to the Villa Isabella. The rental car company can call our manager for your estimated arrival time at the house in order for her to meet your there for check-in.

Our regular check in time is around 3 PM, however if you arrive earlier and the villa is ready we can certainly do an early check in.

On check out:

We will agree during your check in for a time we can come to check you out on your departure day. Please be advised that our regular check out time is around 11 AM, however if you flight leaves later that day and we don’t have a check-in on the same day, we will do our best to extend your time at the house. At this point we will do the meter readings and check the house for any damages.

If you wish our manager can arrange for your free transport to the airport on your departure date. Please make sure to arrange for pick up time beforehand
