A fireplace with stone surround and 46” outdoor TV make this spot exceptional, and there’s even an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, sink and mini fridge so you can make some snacks while the game’s on. Back inside, the gleaming kitchen features a granite island bar with stool seating for 4. High-end stainless steel appliances will make light work of the most demanding recipe, with well-stocked cabinets and plentiful countertops. The laundry room leads out to the 2-car garage with extra storage and back inside to a half bath. The master bedroom is carpeted with a 50” TV, chaise and king bed. An en suite bathroom has a dual vanity. Upstairs, the second bedroom has 2 twin bedrooms and an adjoining full bathroom with tub/shower combo. A loft room with granite bar and mini fridge makes an ideal second entertaining area: pull out the full sleeper sofa and share a movie night with the 47” TV. This room opens out to a covered deck. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and has an en suite bathroom with dual vanity and dual heads in the walk in shower.
