This location is great for family visits, travelers looking to have an easy commute to the city, Long Island Beaches and wineries! The apartment is fully furnished and has plenty of closet space. The Kitchen appliances are new!

Regarding Gatherings and Events - Yes it is possible to host gatherings and or events if other apartment spaces are not rented. However, hosting events and lodging are two separate costs. Many people assume you can just pay for sleeping accommodations and host gatherings for free. That is not the case. Events also have property management (myself) on site to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you are willing to pay for the experience you wish to have then we can definitely work something out. If you expected to pay $150 for a night and have a place to throw a party, that is definitely not possible. That would be like going to a restaurant and paying for two adults and expecting that 10 kids can eat for free lol. All reservations require a rental agreement to be signed. Gatherings/Events require a separate contract. See you soon!
