Newly remodeled, 7 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes to the the Strip, our home is located in a safe residential neighborhood and perfect for groups that want to be close to the action. Did I mention we have both a pool & hot tub?

The Space:

With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living room, our house will sleep 6 to 8 comfortably. The master bedroom is equipped with a California King bed (Sealy Posturepedic, 6% chance it's the same Cali King featured in the Rihanna song - mounted on a beautifully crafted white oak sleigh bed frame. The 2 smaller bedrooms are decked out with a queen bed (also Sealy Posturepedic. We know you like your beauty sleep) and a twin bed respectively. And here's the cherry on top: every bedroom is equipped with black out curtains! We also have a futon in the living room and an air mattress to accommodate any spillover from the bedrooms.
