Entrance is into a hallway with a small downstairs half-bathroom to the right and the recently renovated kitchen to the left. Through the kitchen, the downstairs opens out to an open plan living room and dining area.
Next to the downstairs half bathroom, the vibrant red stairs take you up the second floor. To left is the first bedroom with a queen-sized bed and dresser. The recently renovated bathroom with vanity unit, tub/shower and toilet is at the top of the stairs.
To the right of the stairs is the second bedroom with another queen-sized bed, chest of drawers, Across the hall is a third bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a very cute chair and chest of drawers.

The Old Schoolhouse - dating around 1880 - was actually moved to it's current site in 1943 by Monroe Burt for himself and his new wife Polly Phillips to live in.
